5 week project
Intro to Industrial Design 2
Sophie Stefanski, Melissa Henriquez, Annie Roo

For Intro to Industrial Design 2, I and two other students were assigned to design a free lending library service / system for the Ohio State campus.
Melissa Henriquez, Annie Roo, and I were assigned the location of18th Avenue, a busy pedestrian road featuring the campus engineering library and many major classroom buildings.
Place characterization research, to understand our assigned location.

This road is uniquely long and a major traffic hub, so we were challenged to create a library that would fit well and service the entire place.

Sketches by Annie Roo, right and left.
Initial concepts based on different aspects of our location which we studied.

"Perspective shift" ideation by me on the form of tunnel-like library touchpoints.
